Our Guaranteed Rent Service is available with full management Secure Rent. We guarantee that we will pay your rent every month even if the tenant doesn't pay.

Securing Your Property
Follow these simple steps to secure your property:

Pay a £300 holding fee, this will secure your new home for 3 weeks and this amount will be deducted from your deposit if successful. This fee is non-refundable if you decide to withdraw from the transaction.

Rents
Rents are always payable per calendar month and one month in advance by Direct Debit.
Fees
We believe that tenants should be treated fairly which is why U Livin Lets does not charge application fees.
